  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 to 4 Pitas ((cut in half))
  • 1 can Chickpeas - drained & rinsed ((15oz can))
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 med White Onion
  • 1 cip Chopped Spinach ((packed))
  • 1/4 cup Dried Parsley
  • 3 Tbs Tahini
  • 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
