Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz plain cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 16 oz mild canned chili beans
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Farmer's Pantry Jalapeno Cornbread Crisps, for dipping

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together cream cheese and tomato sauce till smooth.
  • Add beans, chili powder, and onion powder stir.
  • Add 2/3 cup monterey jack cheese and stir.
  • Spread into a small oven safe baking dish. Top with remaining monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with Farmer's Pantry Crisps or dipping cracker of choice.
