Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 package organic extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instruction

  • Cut the tofu into cubes, triangles or slabs.
  • Add to a container with the soy sauce, tamari, spices and shake to thoroughly coat all the pieces.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
