Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 (15-oz) jars alfredo sauce
- 12- oz spaghetti
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350ºF degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13″ pan
- Remove skin from rotisserie chicken and discard. Pull meat from chicken and chop.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions on the box. Drain and place cooked spaghetti in a bowl. Add cream cheese, Italian Seasoning, garlic, and heavy cream. Stir until cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is thoroughly coated.
- Add Alfredo sauce, chopped chicken, and parmesan cheese to the spaghetti mixture and combine.
- Spread spaghetti into prepared pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
