Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 apples (I used Granny Smith)
- 12 caramel candies
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Pinch of cinnamon (if desired)
- Sea salt (if desired)
Instruction
- Wash apples, cut in half, and scoop out the core.
- Place apples in small baking dish, and fill each core with 2 caramels.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until caramel is melted and apples are soft.
- Top with chocolate chips and cinnamon, and bake until chips are melted.
- Remove from oven and add sea salt and vanilla ice cream, if desired.
