The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup flour
- 3 teaspoons House Seasoning blend (divided)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place butter on a rimmed baking sheet and heat it in the oven until melted.
- Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
- Season with 1 teaspoon of House Seasoning blend.
- Place flour, remaining House Seasoning blend and paprika into a zip top bag.
- Place chicken chunks in bag and toss to coat.
- Remove melted butter from the oven and place coated chicken on the baking sheet; be sure to leave space around each piece of chicken to allow browning.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and bake for 10-12 minutes more, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
