Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 teaspoons House Seasoning blend (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place butter on a rimmed baking sheet and heat it in the oven until melted.
  • Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
  • Season with 1 teaspoon of House Seasoning blend.
  • Place flour, remaining House Seasoning blend and paprika into a zip top bag.
  • Place chicken chunks in bag and toss to coat.
  • Remove melted butter from the oven and place coated chicken on the baking sheet; be sure to leave space around each piece of chicken to allow browning.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Flip chicken and bake for 10-12 minutes more, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
