Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 4-6 - boneless, chicken cutlets
  • 1 - egg, slightly beaten with 2 tbsps. water
  • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • - dash pepper
  • - dash paprika
  • - dash garlic powder
  • 1/4 pound(s) butter

Instruction

  • Dip chicken in egg mixture. Coat with bread crumbs seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Put in refrigerator for 1 hour, so coating will stick better.
  • Melt butter in baking dish. Place chicken in pan and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, turning once during baking.
