Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 300 g spirals pasta shapes
  • 250 g frozen spinach thawed
  • 200 g ham (deli) chopped
  • 130 handfuls canned corn drained
  • 1 1/2 cup cheese grated
  • 1 tbs shallots thinly sliced *to taste
  • 3 egg
  • 185 ml thickened cream
  • 1 garlic clove crushed

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Cook pasta as directed and drain well.
  • Squeeze excess liquid from spinach. Combine pasta, spinach, ham, corn, shallots and 1 cup of grated cheese in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together eggs, cream and garlic.
  • Pour over pasta mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Spoon into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve with salad and garlic bread.
