Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 300 g spirals pasta shapes
- 250 g frozen spinach thawed
- 200 g ham (deli) chopped
- 130 handfuls canned corn drained
- 1 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1 tbs shallots thinly sliced *to taste
- 3 egg
- 185 ml thickened cream
- 1 garlic clove crushed
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cook pasta as directed and drain well.
- Squeeze excess liquid from spinach. Combine pasta, spinach, ham, corn, shallots and 1 cup of grated cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together eggs, cream and garlic.
- Pour over pasta mixture and stir until just combined.
- Spoon into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with salad and garlic bread.
