Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 oz. pkg. Frozen Baby Broccoli Florets (slightly thawed {I let mine sit out on the counter for about 1 hour prior to cooking})
  • 10.5 oz. Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup {1 can}
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ⅛ tsp. Salt
  • ⅛ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ cup French Fried Onions

Instruction

  • Spray medium casserole dish with Pam cooking spray. {I used a 7×11, or you could use an 8×8, etc}
  • Mix broccoli, cheddar soup, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper together in medium bowl, then transfer to casserole dish. Spread out evenly in dish.
  • Place 1/4 cup French Fried Onions in ziploc bag, then crush using rolling pin.
  • Evenly sprinkle crushed French Fried Onions over the top of the casserole mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
