Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pint Grape tomatoes (cut in half)
- 8 ounces Shredded Mozzerella
- 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella (cut into cubes)
- 8 Basil leaves (fresh)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Crostini to serve with it (optional)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Lightly grease a small casserole dish or 8-inch cast iron skillet.
- Layer ingredients into dish or skillet tossing ingredients slightly to mix them together.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
