Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pint Grape tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 8 ounces Shredded Mozzerella
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella (cut into cubes)
  • 8 Basil leaves (fresh)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Crostini to serve with it (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Lightly grease a small casserole dish or 8-inch cast iron skillet.
  • Layer ingredients into dish or skillet tossing ingredients slightly to mix them together.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
