Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 pounds chicken wings (party style wings)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (NOT baking soda)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 cups Buffalo Sauce*** (homemade or store-bought)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a sheet pan with foil and place a non-stick oven-safe rack on top of the pan.
  • Add the chicken wings to a large bowl. Add the baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until light golden brown and crispy.
  • Make the Buffalo Chicken Wings Sauce.
  • Pour the sauce immediately over the crispy baked wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
