Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (from 10-oz bag) Cascadian Farm™ organic frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup pecans
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, mix oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In small bowl, lightly beat egg; add milk and syrup. Add egg mixture, blueberries and pecans to oat mixture; stir well to blend.
- Pour mixture into pan. Bake 23 to 27 minutes or until oatmeal is set in center. Spoon into serving bowls; top with yogurt.
