Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lbs. beef ribs (membrane removed)
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • Paleo-friendly BBQ sauce
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 250 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and season to taste.
  • Generously rub the ribs with the chili powder mixture (you can also let the ribs marinate for up to 12 hours in the refrigerator).
  • Wrap the ribs in parchment paper and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 hours or until meat falls off the bone.
  • Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes per side or on a preheated grill.
