Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs. beef ribs (membrane removed)
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- Paleo-friendly BBQ sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 250 F.
- In a bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and season to taste.
- Generously rub the ribs with the chili powder mixture (you can also let the ribs marinate for up to 12 hours in the refrigerator).
- Wrap the ribs in parchment paper and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 hours or until meat falls off the bone.
- Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes per side or on a preheated grill.
