- 8 Tablespoons butter-melted
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese- softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground espresso powder (optional)
- Chocolate Ganache
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (Use a good quality chocolate such as Ghirardelli or baker’s chocolate)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
