  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
  • water
  • salt (to taste)
  • coriander leaves (to garnish)
  • 4 tablespoons peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons coconut [use fresh for best result]
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds [till]
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds [khus khus]
