Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound apple wood smoked bacon (8 slices)
- 16 scallops
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Rinse your scallops under cold water. Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and then remove any of the extra side muscle that might be on them.
- Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap each scallop with 1/2 strip of bacon.
- Skewer 5-6 bacon-wrapped scallops per skewer.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika, seasoning both sides.
- Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip the skewers over and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes.
- Scallops are done cooking when they are opaque and tender.
