Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 - 2 lb. package Smithfield All Natural Pork Tenderloin
- 1 - 12 oz. package center-cut bacon
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- pepper (to taste)
- toothpicks
Instruction
- Wrap each pork tenderloin with about 4-6 slices of bacon. I had enough bacon that I double-wrapped around some parts of the tenderloin.
- Using toothpicks, secure the ends of the bacon slices around the pork.
- Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with brown sugar, and sprinkle with garlic.
- Season with pepper, to taste.
- Grill over low-medium heat for 25-30 minutes, turning and rotating the tenderloins every 5 minutes or so, until temperature reaches 160 degrees when tested with a meat thermometer.
- Remove from heat.
- Let meat rest for 5 minutes before removing toothpicks, cutting into 1-inch thick medallions, and serving. Enjoy!!
