- 2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 6-8 slices nitrate free bacon ( {sugar free for Whole30} - to wrap loaf)
- 1/3 cup beef bone broth
- 1 Tbsp ghee (or other cooking fat)
- 1 1/2 cups white mushrooms (sliced)
- Pan drippings from meatloaf
- 2 Tbsp arrowroot starch (or tapioca)
- 2/3 cup beef bone broth
- 2 Tbsp coconut cream
- Parsley (for garnish)
