The following ingredients have 7 Servings

  • 1/2 med onion (minced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup white mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 tsp fine grain sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 6-8 slices nitrate free bacon ( {sugar free for Whole30} - to wrap loaf)
  • 1/3 cup beef bone broth
  • 1 Tbsp ghee (or other cooking fat)
  • 1 1/2 cups white mushrooms (sliced)
  • Pan drippings from meatloaf
  • 2 Tbsp arrowroot starch (or tapioca)
  • 2/3 cup beef bone broth
  • 2 Tbsp coconut cream
  • Parsley (for garnish)
