Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound bacon, (each slice cut into thirds)
  • 1 (14-ounce) package little smokies

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Or you can use a disposable foil sheet pan.
  • Mix together brown sugar and cayenne pepper on a plate.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each little smoky and secure with a toothpick. Roll in the brown sugar mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.For extra sweetness, sprinkle some extra brown sugar on top of each one.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • If bacon does not get crisp enough, turn the broiler on for a few minutes.
