Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs. butternut squash (cut into cubes)
- 15 slices of bacon (cut in half)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Place the squash in a bowl and sprinkle it with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Wrap bacon slices around the squash cubes and place them on a baking sheet.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the bites over and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Set the oven to broil for 2 to 3 minutes if you like your bacon crunchier.
