Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs. butternut squash (cut into cubes)
  • 15 slices of bacon (cut in half)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  • Place the squash in a bowl and sprinkle it with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Wrap bacon slices around the squash cubes and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the bites over and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Set the oven to broil for 2 to 3 minutes if you like your bacon crunchier.
