Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup undiluted, 10.5 oz each
  • 1-1/3 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 pound(s) sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 32 oz package(s) frozen tater tots
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder with parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • - shredded cheese, optional

Instruction

  • Cook bacon until crispy and done through.
  • In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, onion, and spices.
  • Add the bacon and tater tots. Stir until all combined.
  • Transfer to a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Top with cheese if desired. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for 8-10 minutes longer or until golden brown (and cheese is melted if used).
  • Yields: 10 servings; can be downsized for a smaller dish
