Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 2 slices bacon (cooked to crispy and cut into 24 pieces)
  • 12 mini red or orange bell peppers (cut in half lengthwise, ribs and seeds removed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1-1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

Instruction

  • In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese with ranch dressing mix. Stir until all dry mix is incorporated into cream cheese.
  • Using a teaspoon, fill the inside of each bell pepper half with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture. Smooth the top.
  • Place a bacon piece on each mini pepper.
