Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 2 slices bacon (cooked to crispy and cut into 24 pieces)
- 12 mini red or orange bell peppers (cut in half lengthwise, ribs and seeds removed)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1-1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
Instruction
- In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese with ranch dressing mix. Stir until all dry mix is incorporated into cream cheese.
- Using a teaspoon, fill the inside of each bell pepper half with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture. Smooth the top.
- Place a bacon piece on each mini pepper.
