Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 9 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 36 club crackers ((rectangular shaped))
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 Tablespoons dried ranch seasoning mix
  • dried parsley flakes, (for topping)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the bacon strips into fourths.
  • Lay the crackers out on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Top the crackers with a slice of the cut bacon, set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar and ranch. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the bacon.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the bacon reaches your desired crispiness.
  • Serve with a garnish of dried parsley (optional).
