Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 4 ounces bacon
- 2 sticks Butter (unsalted and softened)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- Salt (to taste)
Instruction
- In a large non-stick frying pan, fry the bacon until it is crispy. Allow to cool.
- Add the bacon to your food processor and blend on high speed until it resembled large crumbs.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend on medium speed until all ingredients are combined.
- Spoon the butter onto a sheet of cling film and gently roll into a log shape. Store in the fridge or freezer.
