Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 avocados (insides removed and mashed (pit reserved))
- 1 small/medium onion (diced)
- 1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-2 small roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1-2 jalapenos (diced)
- ½ bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked (divided))
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- salt & pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lime (optional)
Instruction
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the avocado, onion, garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, 4 slices of crumbled bacon, cumin, salt, pepper, & lime (if using). Stick the avocado pit in the middle of the guacamole to keep it from browning. Top with the remaining 2 slices of cooked crumbled bacon.
