Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 slices Bacon (2)
- 2-3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens (Chopped)
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instruction
- Heat a pan and cook bacon until it is browned from both the sides.
- Drain on a plate lined with kitchen towel and chop roughly once cooled.
- Add egg in the same pan and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Scramble the eggs and cook until they are done.
- Transfer on a plate.
- In the same pan, add sesame oil and onion and fry for a minute.
- Add spring onion greens and cooked rice and mix well.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, scrambled egg and bacon and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
