Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 slices Bacon (2)
  • 2-3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens (Chopped)
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instruction

  • Heat a pan and cook bacon until it is browned from both the sides.
  • Drain on a plate lined with kitchen towel and chop roughly once cooled.
  • Add egg in the same pan and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Scramble the eggs and cook until they are done.
  • Transfer on a plate.
  • In the same pan, add sesame oil and onion and fry for a minute.
  • Add spring onion greens and cooked rice and mix well.
  • Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, scrambled egg and bacon and mix well.
  • Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
