Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ medium sweet onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend (see note)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 10 ounces condensed cheese soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 32 ounces frozen tater tots

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Add the ground beef to a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion to the skillet and cook, crumbling the beef as it cooks. Drain the grease once the beef is cooked through.
  • Transfer the beef and onions to a large mixing bowl along with the steak seasoning, bacon, cheese soup, cheddar, and sour cream. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot.
