Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken (cut into cubes)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese (very soft)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 8 slices crisp bacon (crumbled, divided)
  • 3 green onions (chopped, divided)

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 400
  • Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a medium sized bowl until smooth.
  • In a large, bowl mix together your chicken, cream cheese mixture, half of the onions, half of the cheese and half of the bacon.
  • Spread your mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish
  • Sprinkle rest of bacon, onions and cheese over top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through if your oven does not cook evenly (It is done when your chicken reaches safe internal cooking temperature and your cheese is bubbly)
  • Serve with slotted spoon or slotted spatula.
