Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken (cut into cubes)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese (very soft)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 8 slices crisp bacon (crumbled, divided)
- 3 green onions (chopped, divided)
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 400
- Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a medium sized bowl until smooth.
- In a large, bowl mix together your chicken, cream cheese mixture, half of the onions, half of the cheese and half of the bacon.
- Spread your mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish
- Sprinkle rest of bacon, onions and cheese over top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through if your oven does not cook evenly (It is done when your chicken reaches safe internal cooking temperature and your cheese is bubbly)
- Serve with slotted spoon or slotted spatula.
