Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 block Heluva Good! Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated (you will need about 2 cups))
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3/4 cup scallions (finely diced)
- 1 loaf round hearty bread
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Hollow out a circle in the center of the round bread. Save removed bread to make cubes for dipping. Set on a baking sheet.
- Use a grater to shred the cheddar cheese. Set aside.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble into small pieces.
- In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup Heluva Good! Sharp Cheddar Cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, bacon and scallions. Beat with a hand mixer until blended.
- Add dip mixture to the center of the loaf.
- Top with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve with crackers, bread cubes and fresh vegetables.
