Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 block Heluva Good! Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated (you will need about 2 cups))
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 cup scallions (finely diced)
  • 1 loaf round hearty bread

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Hollow out a circle in the center of the round bread. Save removed bread to make cubes for dipping. Set on a baking sheet.
  • Use a grater to shred the cheddar cheese. Set aside.
  • Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble into small pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup Heluva Good! Sharp Cheddar Cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, bacon and scallions. Beat with a hand mixer until blended.
  • Add dip mixture to the center of the loaf.
  • Top with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  • Serve with crackers, bread cubes and fresh vegetables.
