- 2 cloves garlic, (minced of 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh thyme leaves (of 2 teaspoons dried thyme)
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 strips of bacon, (cooked and chopped)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, (to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Nonstick cooking spray
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plus 1 Tablespoon olive oil)
- ½ lemon, (juiced)
- 1-2 chipotles in adobo sauce, (minced)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
