  • 3 strips of bacon, (cooked and chopped)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, (to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plus 1 Tablespoon olive oil)
  • ½ lemon, (juiced)
  • 1-2 chipotles in adobo sauce, (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
