Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cans Del Monte® Blue Lake® Cut Green Beans (drained)
  • 1 can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 6 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • Eggroll Wrappers
  • 1 Egg White
  • Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • Drain the green beans and add to a medium bowl.
  • Mix in chopped bacon, soup and swiss cheese. Stir to incorporate.
  • Add a heaping tablespoon of the mixture to the center of a wonton. Fold sides in and then fold side closest to you over. Roll and seal edges with water.
  • Brush top with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
