Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound bacon
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 3 Tbsps red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced)
- 6 oz crumbled blue cheese
Instruction
- Set a large skillet over medium heat and use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bite size pieces right into the skillet. Cook the bacon 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bacon and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
- In a small bowl add the mayo, red wine vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- Put the cole slaw mix, bacon, green onions, and blue cheese in a large bowl. Add the dressing and use tongs to mix the slaw until it's evenly combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
