Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound Macaroni Elbows Pasta {16 ounce box}
- 16 ounces Bacon (cooked until crispy)
- 4 cups Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 10 3/4 ounces Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup {1 can}
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Onion (chopped)
- 2 cups Bacon Ritz Crackers (crushed – I used 2 sleeves {or regular Ritz})
- ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
Instruction
- Cook Pasta per package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Combine 3 cups of cheese, cooked pasta, and all other ingredients together in large bowl, and stir well.
- Spray 9×13 casserole dish with Pam non-stick cooking spray, and pour mixture into dish.
- Top with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Spread crushed Ritz Crackers over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until cheese is melted and edges bubble. ENJOY!!
