Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 slices bread
- 8 slices muenster cheese
- 4 strips thick-cut bacon
- 3 tbsp salted sweet cream butter
- 1 ripe avocado
Instruction
- Generously butter 1 side of each of the 4 slices of toast, set them aside.
- Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place 2 of the slices of bread butter side down in the heated skillet.
- Lay 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread in the skillet.
- Lay 4 of the halved pieces of bacon on top of the cheese.
- Evenly divide the thickly sliced avocado halves and lay on top of the bacon.
- Next, lay the remaining 2 slices of cheese on top of each of the avocados.
- Finally, top each sandwich with the remaining slices of buttered bread.
- Using a spatula, gently press down on the tops of the sandwiches.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, flip and cook an additional 5-7 minutes on the other side.
- Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and slice them in half.
