Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 slices bread
  • 8 slices muenster cheese
  • 4 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 3 tbsp salted sweet cream butter
  • 1 ripe avocado

Instruction

  • Generously butter 1 side of each of the 4 slices of toast, set them aside.
  • Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place 2 of the slices of bread butter side down in the heated skillet.
  • Lay 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread in the skillet.
  • Lay 4 of the halved pieces of bacon on top of the cheese.
  • Evenly divide the thickly sliced avocado halves and lay on top of the bacon.
  • Next, lay the remaining 2 slices of cheese on top of each of the avocados.
  • Finally, top each sandwich with the remaining slices of buttered bread.
  • Using a spatula, gently press down on the tops of the sandwiches.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, flip and cook an additional 5-7 minutes on the other side.
  • Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and slice them in half.
