Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 rashers bacon, rindless and halved
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 toasted hamburger buns, split
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • mayonnaise or barbecue sauce

Instruction

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan on high and spray with cooking oil.
  • Fry bacon, turning, 3-4 minutes, until well browned. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  • Spray same pan with a little more oil. Add eggs and fry 2-3 minutes, until cooked to taste (turn, if desired).
  • Top bottom half of each bun with a lettuce leaf. Arrange even amounts of bacon and tomato slices on top. Finish with an egg and sauce of choice. Cover with other half of bun and serve.
