Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • ½ large ripe avocado
  • 7.5 ounce Island Trollers Tuna (undrained)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • lettuce leaves
  • sliced tomato

Instruction

  • Place the avocado in a medium-size mixing bowl, and mash with a fork. Add the tuna (breaking up any large chunks), and green onion. Mix together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper if desired (I didn’t think it needed extra seasoning).
  • Spoon tuna salad onto bread, topping with lettuce and tomato, and finishing with bread, making 2 sandwiches.
