The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- ½ large ripe avocado
- 7.5 ounce Island Trollers Tuna (undrained)
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- lettuce leaves
- sliced tomato
Instruction
- Place the avocado in a medium-size mixing bowl, and mash with a fork. Add the tuna (breaking up any large chunks), and green onion. Mix together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper if desired (I didn’t think it needed extra seasoning).
- Spoon tuna salad onto bread, topping with lettuce and tomato, and finishing with bread, making 2 sandwiches.
