Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 medium ripe avocados (peeled and halved)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cans tuna meat (drained)
  • ½ cup red onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon  crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (divided)

Instruction

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Add four avocado halves in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, tuna, red onions, crushed red pepper and mix to combine well.
  • Spoon the avocado mixture into avocado halves.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Broil from heat for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
