Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 medium ripe avocados (peeled and halved)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cans tuna meat (drained)
- ½ cup red onions (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (divided)
Instruction
- Preheat broiler.
- Add four avocado halves in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, tuna, red onions, crushed red pepper and mix to combine well.
- Spoon the avocado mixture into avocado halves.
- Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Broil from heat for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
