Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Avocados (pitted & chopped)
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion (chopped)
  • salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Juice limes into large bowl and stir in garlic.
  • Add avocado and gently coat with lime juice.
  • Carefully fold in remaining ingredients, salting to taste.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
