Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Avocados (pitted & chopped)
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup bell peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 cup yellow onion (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
Instruction
- Juice limes into large bowl and stir in garlic.
- Add avocado and gently coat with lime juice.
- Carefully fold in remaining ingredients, salting to taste.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
