Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 8 cups thinly sliced cabbage*
- 1 large carrot (shredded)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper (omit for AIP)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cabbage and shredded carrots.
- Add all ingredients for the avocado lime dressing in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss together to mix.
- Serve immediately or place in fridge until ready to serve.
