Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 8 cups thinly sliced cabbage*
  • 1 large carrot (shredded)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper (omit for AIP)

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cabbage and shredded carrots.
  • Add all ingredients for the avocado lime dressing in a blender and blend until creamy.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss together to mix.
  • Serve immediately or place in fridge until ready to serve.
