Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin

Instruction

  • Drain and rinse chickpeas, add to food processor with olive oil, lime juice, and garlic. Pulse until almost smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • Add cumin, avocados, and salt and pepper and pulse again until smooth scraping down sides when needed, about another 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately topped with extra olive oil or cilantro, if desired, and choice of dipping chip.
