Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium avocado
- 15 oz cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
Instruction
- Peel, seed, and chop avocado and place in the bowl of a food processor.
- Drain and rinse beans and add to the bowl.
- Drop in chopped fresh parsley and garlic.
- Juice the lemon and add the juice to the food processor.
- Pulse until all ingredients are well combined and hummus is thick and creamy.
- Add water as needed to desired texture.
- Add salt as needed to desired taste.
- Serve with pita, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
