Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 avocados (diced)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 medium Roma tomato
- 1/2 medium red onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (coarsely chopped)
- 1/3 cup feta cheese (freshly crumbled)
- kosher salt (to taste)
Instruction
- Combine the diced avocado, lemon juice, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chopped parsley and stir.
- Taste and season with kosher salt as desired.
- Serve with chips.
