Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 avocados (diced)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 medium Roma tomato
  • 1/2 medium red onion (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese (freshly crumbled)
  • kosher salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Combine the diced avocado, lemon juice, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chopped parsley and stir.
  • Taste and season with kosher salt as desired.
  • Serve with chips.
