Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 Ripe Avocados (pitted and peeled)
  • 15 ounce can Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Lime (juiced)

Instruction

  • In a blender, add the sauce, avocados, cilantro and lime juice, blend until smooth.
  • Store for up to 3 days in an airtight jar.
  • Serves well with all Mexican food!
