Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 avocado (ripe, pitted and peeled)
- 1 boiled egg (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
- pinch kosher or sea salt
- 2 slices multigrain bread (toasted if desired)
Instruction
- With a fork, mash the avocado, chopped boiled egg, lemon juice, and salt together just until combined. Overmixing will create an odd color, so you just want to mix until all ingredients are folded together.
- Serve between two slices of multigrain bread. Enjoy!
