Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 avocados (peeled seeded)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded & deveined diced)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain low fat or fat free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • sea or kosher salt to taste

Instruction

  • Add avocados and lime juice to a medium mixing bowl, mash with a potato masher or fork. Add remaining ingredients, stir until combined and has a smooth consistency. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
