Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 avocados (peeled seeded)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded & deveined diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain low fat or fat free)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- sea or kosher salt to taste
Instruction
- Add avocados and lime juice to a medium mixing bowl, mash with a potato masher or fork. Add remaining ingredients, stir until combined and has a smooth consistency. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
