Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 4 – 5 mint leaves
  • juice of 1 lime

Instruction

  • Blend up your cashews and hemp hearts until fine, about 10 – 15 seconds.
  • Add the avocados, sea salt, cilantro, mint and lime juice.
  • Blend again until smooth.
