Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 handful cilantro
- 4 – 5 mint leaves
- juice of 1 lime
Instruction
- Blend up your cashews and hemp hearts until fine, about 10 – 15 seconds.
- Add the avocados, sea salt, cilantro, mint and lime juice.
- Blend again until smooth.
