Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon red onion or green onion (chopped fine)
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (more if desired)
  • 2 Tablespoons of plain fat free Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Place chicken, avocado and red onion in a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocado and mix with other ingredients until combined well.
  • Add the lemon juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well
  • Serve on sandwich bread, pita or lettuce wrap.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
