Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 Tablespoon red onion or green onion (chopped fine)
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (more if desired)
- 2 Tablespoons of plain fat free Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Place chicken, avocado and red onion in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado and mix with other ingredients until combined well.
- Add the lemon juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix well
- Serve on sandwich bread, pita or lettuce wrap.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
