The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons granola or crushed almonds

Instruction

  • Blend avocado, milk, and honey in a blender (or food processor) until smooth. Garnish with granola or almonds. You can also chill for about an hour for a refreshing coolness.
