Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado, (pitted, peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 Tbs. lime juice
- 1 Tbs. chopped cilantro
- kosher salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Cook eggs in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
- Arrange avocado, tomato and eggs on serving dishes.
- Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
