Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb chicken (cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 ½ c tomatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 ½ c avocado (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • ¼ c lime juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ c green onions (finely chopped)
  • ¼ c cilantro (finely chopped)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  • Toss to completely combine.
  • Chill salad for one hour before serving. Eat on its’ own, in a wrap or with tortilla chips as a dip and enjoy!
