Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb chicken (cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 ½ c tomatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 ½ c avocado (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- ¼ c lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ c green onions (finely chopped)
- ¼ c cilantro (finely chopped)
Instruction
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Toss to completely combine.
- Chill salad for one hour before serving. Eat on its’ own, in a wrap or with tortilla chips as a dip and enjoy!
